By signing up on COBBLER24 (via e-mail soon also via Facebook or Google accounts), you will gain an account, where you can keep track of your orders, update your delivery addresses and view your account activity.
Registering on COBBLER24 is easy. All you have to do is click on “Account” and then on “Register”. You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address and to choose a password. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation e-mail, so you can activate your account. Alternatively, you can sign up through your Facebook or Google+ profiles.
In order to change your password, you must click on “Forgot Your Password?” on the Login page. Enter your e-mail address and press “Send”. You will then receive an e-mail with a link leading you to a new page, where you can change your address.
You can easily track your orders from your account dashboard (My orders). We will also send you updates via e-mail throughout the entire repair process, including your shipping tracking numbers.
To update your account information, simply log into your account, select the Account information section, edit your details and click “Save” in order to make the changes.

Shipping costs differ depending on each country. We negotiate a flat rate with every shipping company. Basically, you pay the same amount on shipping for one or several pairs of shoes (the flat rate is available for up to 31 kg of footwear).
Because each pair of shoes requires individual attention, we cannot give you a precise time frame. We will, however, return your shoes in a maximum of 14 working days.
You can send us as many shoes in one order as you’d like and the transportation costs will be the same for up to 31 kg of footwear.
